Refund policy
Return Policy: We hope that you are happy with your purchase(s), however if you wish to return your purchase(s), we would really appreciate if you could do so as soon as possible due to the limited quantities we have for each items in our collection(s).
Please email us at info@essienemre.com for return instructions, stating your full name and order number.
SECTION A
You have within 14 days of receipt of your order, to return all items. We ask that you'll look after the item(s) while it's in your care. All Items: must be returned new, unused, unwashed, in perfect condition and in the original packaging and with all Essien and Emre's swing tags and labels attached, and they must not be altered with respect to their original condition in any way. Please take extra care when trying on the item(s) by removing jewellery and avoid transferring cosmetics, fragrances and deodorants onto the item(s).
Socks/Gloves - Each pair of socks/gloves are attached together with Essien & Emre's woven label and thread, (which still enable try-on for fit and comfort), we can not accept any returns for exchange or refund if the woven label have been removed. PLEASE DO NOT return the socks/gloves back to us as we will not be able to issue refund or exchange and can not send the socks/gloves back to you/customer.
The returning items are the customer's responsibility, we would advise you to use tracking services with reliable courier. For all returned items from outside the UK - ensure courier and custom are aware that you are returning BRITISH GOODS REJECTED BY CUSTOMER so that no taxes/duties are levied.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Taxes and duties/shipping costs that Essien and Emre Ltd incurred when receiving returned goods will be deducted from refund amount.
If return item(s) does not comply with SECTION A, Essien and Emre Ltd reserves the right not to accept the return or, alternatively, to reduce the amount of the refund. You can choose to have the item(s) returned to you at your own expense.
Exchange: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (return policy apply), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Customised and Made-To-Order items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
