Shipping policy

We inspect all of our products thoroughly before packaging for shipment, and ensure our product(s) efficiently and securely gets delivered as soon as possible due to the limited quantities of each items in our collection(s).

Delivery within the UK: From dispatch date (excludes weekends and Bank Holidays), cost added at check out.

Express shipping 1-2 business days depending on destination - £10 

Standard shipping 3-8 business days depending on destination- £5 

• We offer free Express shipping within UK on orders £90 and over.

 

Delivery outside the UK: Express shipping  3-5 business days depending on destination, from dispatch date (excludes weekends and Bank Holidays). Shipping excludes tax and duties. Before placing an order, please check tax and duties for the country and region you wish to ship, cost added at check out.

Express shipping 3-5 business days depending on destination - £25 (excludes tax and duties).

• We offer free Express shipping (excludes tax and duties) on order £200 and over.

We will send you the tracking number once item(s) have been dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE:-
- It is the responsibility of the customer to fulfil all tax and duty charges that may apply to enable the release of shipment from custom.

- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct information for shipping.

- In the event that the courier  was unsuccessful in the delivery of your parcel (to the shipping address you have provided), it is your (the customer) responsibility to contact the courier to make the necessary arrangements and fulfil any additional shipping fee.

- Should the shipment be returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery and/or incorrect shipping information, we will automatically issue a refund deducting the shipping fee and any additional shipping/delivery charges from refund amount.

- The courier DO NOT deliver to P.O.BOX addresses.
